Mr. lybrate-user, All fruits contain fructose. But in persons with diabetes usually following fruits are to be avoided like banana, mango, grapes & Chikkoo. The reason the quantity of sugar is much higher. Other fruits are good enough. But in a person with diabete, fruit intake is permitted only when the blood glucose control is really very good. Fruits mentioned by you particularly grapes and banana are to be avoided. But occasionally a small quantity can be taken. Thanks.
