My father has 3 blocks in his heart. After angioplasty multiple stents are placed in his heart. He also has diabetes. How to recover completely from this? Please suggest some remedies and food.

Sorry but there is no way to complete recovery. Diabetes is a chronic problem and stick to the allopathy medicine. Cardiac issues are more in those patients whose blood sugar level is not controlled properly. Continue all medications prescribed by cardiologists and do not deviate. Be in touch with his regular doctor. He can eat small but frequent meal (5 or 6). Cut fat, sugar, and high calorie diet. Morning walk is still advisable.
