Here is generic diet plan which you can follow: On waking-up: Glass of milk with handful of mixed dry fruits Breakfast: 3 Egg whites/Paneer with one bowl of corn flakes + Milk Mid Morning: 1 cup of Yoghurt + 1 Banana Lunch: 3 Chapatis + 1Bowl of Daal + 1 bowl of salad + 1 bowl vegetable curry + 2 small groundnut chikkis 3 PM: 1 bowl of sprouts 5 PM: Avocado milk shake â 200 ml Dinner: 3 Chapatis + Egg Curry + Beet root Salad Post Dinner: 1 glass milk.
