I am 19 years old girl. I am doing Chartered Accountancy. I have my exams in November. I was used to study a lot before and use to do a lot of hard work. But from last few days I am finding it all to be very weird. I feel like I am not made for this and I have somewhat lost interest in studies. I do not feel like studying the course which I am pursuing. I am into mental stress as what should I do. I am really depressed. Please help!

To control anxiety it will help if you do meditation and yoga. If not relieved you have to see a psychologist.
