I am a 40 years old diabetic patient last 9 years and my latest fb is 146, pp is 233, Hba1c is 6.5,creatinine level is 1.4,SGPT is 65, creatinine spot urine is 319.87,mitral urine-40.9,TSH-5.52,Weight-55.70,urea-74, cholesterol- 171, Triglycerides-139, SGOT-35, LDL Cholesterol- 43, LDL cholesterol-108, WBC-13.8,Haemoglobin-15.1,fatty liver grade 1, bp-150/90. Is it any serious in my report now? Please tell me how to control all of these?

Mr. lybrate-user Dey, From the details given these are some conclusions: 1) Fasting and PP glucose levels are high. Idealy FBG should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg. HbA1c% is good. It means you have to be careful in your daily food intake. 2 )TSH is normal. 3) Rest of the parameters (LFT, lipids & blood picture) are normal. 4) Grade fatty liver is not very significant. But if you indulge in alcohol then stopping it is ideal. 5) BP is high, it should be 130/80 mm Hg. Thanks.
