I am 37 years old weight 66 kg height 5.4 started jogging 2 months back and I am enjoying it. My one of the friend suggested me not to jog at 35 years later on pain in knee will occur and get damage knee and ankle. But now there is no problem at all with me. Please advice me, should I continue jog or not as I am 37 years old now. Presently I am jogging daily 6 km. Sometimes it goes up to 8 to 10 k.

It should absorb the shocks 3) The pattern of jogging. It should not harm your joints. 4) any family history of arthritis in close relation 5) It should not pain knee or any other joints.
