Hi sir. I'm 26 years old, my weight is upto 83 kgs. I have more fat than a muscle. So how to reduce my with good muscle.

Drink warm water with lemon and honey added to it in morning empty stomach. And then do not eat or drink anything till next half hour. This burns the excess of fats of the body. And then do yoga/gym and brisk walking. This will also help you a lot in building muscles. All the best :) Take care :)
