A person Having severe dry cough, fever, chills, sweat. Chest X-ray says water in right lung. Tb test result - antigen tube 3.41 and nil tube - 0.41. Does these value mean that the person has tb?

Mr. lybrate-user you are suffering with pleural effusion and TB is one of the cause of it your complaint suggest that you have superimposed infection also which is the cause of fever with chill you are advised to consult DTO of your District or Chest Physician immediately for further management otherwise chan es of more complications are there.
