At Morning I wake up from bed then my back side of nack is very painful from few days what to do?

Please change your pillow Also do not sleep under direct fan/AC Take Rhus tox 30 - twice daily for next 10 days and revert back.
Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Learn Cervical exercises. Don't use Pillow. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and vitamin D3 also.
