Dear lybrate user apply hot fomentation do knee isometrics- lie down & keep towel roll under your knee & press it, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each knee, twice daily do slr- lie down & lift your leg straight up, upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg, twice daily sitting on the chair or edge of bed with your back straight move your leg up without lifting thigh, your leg will become parallel to floor, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily avoid floor sitting/crossed leg sitting/squatting avoid long standing or walking long distances use commode for toilet purpose stair climbing should be minimal.
