*first of all you have to give up the habit of over thinking. *your mind should be free to do other important works. *engage your self in other important works. * try to spend your free time on your hobbies. * go in between friends and relatives and talk to them. * spend some time in outdoor activities like playing cricket, walking, exercising etc. *share your feelings with whom you trust. *take sleep of at least 8 hours at night. *do meditation for better concentration of mind. *take homeopathic kali phos 6x, 4 tablet, 4 times daily. *do not take negative aspects of things.
