Hello! i've had lower back pain for days and it got really bad today where I struggled to even move from my bed. The pain seems to get worse when I lay down (i sleep with pillow between my knees on my side). I was prescribed muscle relaxer and that helps to loosen the back but only for a short time. Still can't lay down without it stiffening up again painfully. Can you tell me what I should do next?
