Split daily diet into 6 times. Breakfast morning 8 am and 10 am lunch 12.30 pm and 2 pm dinner 7.30 pm and 9 pm reduce intake of carbohydrate rich foods. Avoid oily foods and bakery items completely. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida.
