Hello sir/mam. I have neck pain from like years now. I can always feel there is a problem from neck to one of my shoulder blades. Sometimes it gets severe and I get a spasm and sometimes the pain shifts from right shoulder blade to left shoulder blade. I remember few years back, I stressed my neck very badly and after a year or two I joined gym and whenever I do pull ups I used to get neck muscle spasm and I could not get up from bed for like weeks. Can you please help me what should I do? I am 25 years old boy.
