Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, looking at your height and weight your bmi is 29.31 kgs/m2, close to grade 1 obesity. This itself is the cause of feeling fatigued. If you are on treatment with thyroxine then tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units /l, then only it is considered as in good control and all symptoms are in check. Similarly uric acid also should be below 6 mg. Your efforts to reduce weight will be successful only if hypothyroidism is in check. So please look at tsh levels and inform. Plus please understand if you want to be fit and healthy, then exercising for at least 1 hour a day is a must. No excuse will benefit. Thanks for the question.
