Hi lybrate-user, to reduce your tummy you have to control your diet strictly. Avoid fried, fatty and sweet, junk foods/drinks, and alcohol. Take adequate green vegetables, one fresh fruit everyday in your diet. Along with you have to do regular physical exercise of 30 mints. By changing your lifestyle you can surely reduce your fatty tummy.
