Sometimes I get really depressed due to life situations. I don't know how to keep myself calm nd control my mind. Please help me out.

Hello, take kali phos 30 ch, 5 drops once daily. If your bp is normal then take ginseng 1x, 1 tab once daily after meals. Do meditation for half an hour daily in the morning. Revert me after 10 days.

Hi lybrate-user, whenever you feel stressed or depressed remember its situational and it will not go on forever. Take a break rejuvenate yourself, go for a short trip to a peaceful place, do some leisure activities you like. Do exercise daily for 1 hour and be around the company of positive people.
