Sir, I am 24, my triglycerides is high 386 how I control it which diet is good for me and which food item is useful for me and which is not useful please solve my problem.

Try to decrease items containing fat from your diet like ghee, butter, red meat oil etc. Do aerobic exercises regularly. However the level at which your triglyceride is, chances are less that it will become completely normal with diet modification and exercise only. At some point you will have to start medications. Anyway start diet modification and exercises now. It will surely be helpful.
