Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. High fibre diet including greens and whole grains are to be included in the diet. Diet high in protein (20%of kcals) for the health of diabetes because it supplies the essential amino acids needed for tissue repair. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder. Complex carbohydrates and fibre should be included. Junk food should be avoided. You should avoid fasting and feasting. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear lybrate user here I can give some advice regarding diet and exercise. 1. Avoid food and drink containing sugar, eg chocolate, sweets, ice creams. 2. Restrict fried foods, fast foods, paapad, potato-wada etc 3. Eat in moderation of these; chapati, rice, meat, eggs, fish, cheese, milk products. 4. Eat plenty of salads, greenleafy vegetables, fruits, pulses, clear soups. 5. Take small meals 3-4 tms a day instead of heavy one time meals. 6. Take aerobic exercises or brisk walking for abt 3-4km. 7. Avoid heavy exercises may lead to hypoglycaemia. 8. Do yoga and meditation for about 30mnts every day which enhances quality of your life.
