This is the main problem now seeing in many patients who are working in night shifts. Loss of sleep is one of the reason for many psychosomatic disorders. Sleep is very essential to us with minimum of 5-6 hrs in a sound manner. Disturb sleep causes loss of appetite, tiredness, lack of concentration, mild headache to severe, hair loss mood swings etc. Most people who are having above mentioned disorders doesn't require any medicines at all. Properly compensating their sleep on daytime can solve those disorders. For reducing belly exercise and good homoeopathic medicines are there.
