About a month ago I had weed for the first time and had a very bad trip. It lasted for 6-7 days and on and off I could feel that high. After that I started thinking too much which resulted in stress and anxiety. I read it on the net that it can be followed by depression. Even now I Am constantly thinking about that trip and it feels like that feeling hasn't left. I am not very strong mentally and I am not able to control my thoughts. I am soo much into thinking that I do not remember sometimes what I did physically like I picked my phone from the table but I did not remember when. I will not do it again ever. I am very stressed about it and just want to be normal again. Please help.
