I've not been given a diet however my ct is clear. Kidney sizes left are 11.7 x 5.8 and right as 11.9 x 6.0. But the same sonography showed as left kidney as 11.2 x 5.6 with mild hydronephrosis noted and the right with 10.3 x3. 8 all in cms. Doc said my stones have gone as ct is clear but the numbers say otherwise. I've been detected with diabetes and my hba1c is 9.7 I was hospitalized for 5 days and was on insulin now on tablets my sugar is lower than what it was on insulin. I need an opinion on diet and kidneys. Please help.
