My hight is 166cm and weight is 80kg. And my waist is 38 inches I want to reduce my waist and I am suffering from thyroid but as per latest report Thyroid is controlled. Than what should I do to reduce my waist.

Hi, about 14 kgs you are weighing high. You should reduce your weight gradually. It mean not more than 2 kgs per month. Should avoid fasting to reduce the weight. You should consume plenty of water, fat free, more fibre and sprout. And you have to take the food at right time. Physical activity helps much. And aerobic exercise for weist.
