Sometimes going to gym or even doing regular excersies or following a certain generalised diet plan can' t help us to remain in our perfect body shape. The main reason behind this could be that, our body' s metabolism is not as good as it is supposed to be. In such cases we would like to recommend you to follow the panchkarma & naturopathy ways to loose the unwanted & irritating weight. The therapies focuses on initially increasing the metabolism & than to stabilise it. This helps you to loose the weight not in any miracular way but in a slow & steady way. The weight you are going to loose by these processes will not bounce back. So don' t loose hope - loose your weight.

Weight loss is easily archived by exercise along with diet. So you should follow both. You should include a herbal tea formula in diet which enhance your weight loss. Daily suryanamskar should be only 15 not beyond that alone with other exercise.

For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets availablewhich even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss. I shall recommend a strategy to gradually change your food habits and lifestyle that have sabotaged your past efforts.
