Hi, today I noticed I have swelling on both side of my neck near submandibular gland which cannot be seen but I can feel while I touch it, I am prone to tonsillitis, and for a 2-4 days I having cold flu like symptoms, when I touch it is like two balls which can be pressed inwards ,there is no pain or difficulty during swallowing, should I be worried?
