Hi lybrate user a) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner b) do regularly bhujangasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes do this for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.
