I'm getting fat D main problem I face is constipation Frm almost 5-6 years facing this N I eat so less still weight is nt reducing Only 1 chapati in morning Sm snacks in afternoon Thn 1& half chapati in evening thts it With green tea twice a day & daily warm water with lemon honey empty stomach I can not do exercise bcz of very bad clg schedule n thn after work schedule Want to knw wht will be helpful for me to reduce weight quickly Wht to eat wht not to eat.

Eating less is not going to burn fat your main pro is constipation only after curing it your digestive system will work proper n you will get rid of extra fat.
