I am 27 year old male currently facing neck pain and right side. While there's one certain trigger point in the right neck if pressed it gives shooting pain. Been facing it for almost year and half and pain worsened as I solely work on laptop/desktop.

Hello sir it might be cervical spondylosis kindly confirm it with mri or x ray hereafter meet physiotherapist he will plan for you good treatment protocol and suggest you some exercises for strengthning or stretching of neck and the next is trigger point pain you feel will with mfr myofacisal released by physiotherapist or you can use gliding cupping techniques which gives you instant relief from trigger point pain, hope you will feel much better soon.
