Good morning sir. Impression of my Cervical Scan report: 1. Degenerative changes in all cervical inter vertebral disc. 2. Posterior disc bulge disc indenting anterior thecal sac at C3-C4-C5- C6 and C6-C7 levels. 3. Focal tear in posterior annulus of C5-C6 disc. I am going to physiotherapy for the past 4 days. Thanks a lot for your query. 1.First of all you should be very care ful in moving your neck. 2.Use an ortho pillow. 3 When driving or not taking rest better to use a soft cervical collar. 4.Have you got any numbness, tingling in any of your hands, if so ,or otherwise better to consult a neurosurgeon immediately. 5.Don't go for Ayurvedi trt. Now. 6.Do some exercises daily as per the video I am sending, start the exercise slowly without any sudden jerk to the neck.
