Regards Lybrate user. Is running new to you or have you pushed yourself more recently? Running uses the major muscles of your leg and any unaccustomed activity may overuse your muscles leading to muscle soreness. If you have any change in color of urine (like brown or dark urine) you need to let your physician know about that as it could be due to breakdown of proteins in your muscles. Try to ice your muscles by placing an ice pack with a thin layer of cloth (like a pillow cover) between your skin and ice pack. Leave for about 15 -20 minutes 2-3 times a day, and it will reduce the soreness. If pain continues, it is recommended to consult an orthopaedician or orthopaedic physiotherapist for further care.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no pathological issues. Take good and rich vitamin diet which will help you to improve in your health. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
