I am a diabetic taking glyxambi 5/25 and azulix 1 before breakfast and glycomet 1gm sr after dinner my present reading is fbs 125 and ppbs is 280 should I add any other drug to reduce my ppbs. Also can I take revital contains ginseng.

You have given details only about the medications that you are taking with their dosage, but there is absolutely no information on dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise. Since you are already on 4 oral anti-diabetic drugs, there is no need for an additional one. What is needed is to look at your diet and exercise as well as overall lifestyle. Because in diabetes diet, exercise and weight control play major role. Your pp glucose can be brought down by lifestyle adjustment provided proper changes are made. Thanks.
