My age is 47m. I did my usg and following were the results. 1. Liver is lightly enlarged and prominent portal vein (13.1 mm) 2. Kidney: three calculi measuring 4 mm, 4 mm and 8 mm in right kidney and 4 mm in left kidney - this was first detected around 4-5 year back. 3. Urinary bladder - post void residual urine - 145 mm 4. Prostate - grade 1 prostatomegaly - measuring 42x29x38 mm weight 25.3 grams kindly advise what should I do further.
