Hello, I need your opinion, last month I go to a physiotherapist for neck massage and there he stretch my neck by placing one hand to shoulder and another hand to push the head to opposite direction for the stretch. Now when I go to home after physio my neck is now unstable (most in right side) and feel like my head will fall off. Neck feel very light on moving side to side. And now after 28 days my neck start to become very stiff and tight like rubber or spring on moving side to side same thing happens to my shoulder also. I do the cervical mri at very first day after this issue but it's normal. And yes I have no continuous pain in neck or head. Issue is stiff and rubber feeling in back and side neck. Need your advice sir please for this spring/rubber sensation in neck.
