I am 36 year old female and I recently got many acnes on all over face. In my mid 20s I have been under tretinoin for 3 4 months for the severe acne treatment. And in early 30s I was treated with antibiotics which worked to cure the acnes. But currently I have used, 3 tabs on azithromycin (repeated same course after 12 days) and used topical clindamycin nicotinamide gel but to affect the break continues (though controllably). This time I had amul 70% dark chocolate for a week before I started getting break outs. Kindly suggest what should I do to completely stop break outs any further?
