Hello sir/mam im 21 years old I have been friendly check the bp which shows 150-90 on the time I scared fully and than consult gp they gave me ciplar 40, serenace 0.25 for a month and after completion of this course again I checked my bp which shows 155-95 than I consulted another gp they gave me etizolam 0.25 for 15 days after all completion of the course I checked bp its still 140-90 so I go through with ecg, renal doppler, lipid profile, cholesterol all are normal but every day I scared of it please help me come out of it?

Hello, your bp might be high because of anxiety while checking bp. It is called as white coat hypertension. If you want to confirm if you really have high bp, you need to do 24 hours ambulatory bp monitoring (abpm) take care.
