Hello. I am a 28 year old man unable to gain weight. I am stuck in the range of 44-49 kgs since the past 10 years. Currently I weigh 47 kgs. My height is 5 ft 8.5 inches. I am a non smoker and a teetotaller. Additional info- I was born prematurely. 5 years ago I joined a gym and it took me 4 months to gain 2 kg weight. I have a desk job and I do moderate physical work daily. I have less than 2 litres of water daily. Daily food intake is generally a cup of coffee, peanut butter-bread, rice, dal, roti, and vegetable. Are there any tests that I should undertake? What diet will you recommend? Veg and non veg (eggs and chicken only) included.
