I am 28 years old woman. Most of the time I am having body ache and lower back pain. I feel like I don't have energy to do anything. Whenever I am doing any work I feel like I am pushing myself to do it coz I feel too weak. I feel tired whole day. Sometimes feels dizzy as well. Also sometimes I feel stiffness nd pain in joints all over the body. Please help.

Hi lybrate-user, from what you have written I understand that you’re lethargic, I don’t know if you have any pre-existing conditions or if you’re recovering from any, in any case you may want to apply the following, 1. Get enough hydration 2. Sleep for 6-8 hours at-least. 3. Workout for 20 mins at-least everyday. 4. Have a breakfast which gives you fast energy such as milk + bananas + omelette. 5. Get lower back strengthening exercises done by physiotherapist at-least twice a week. 6. Try supplements- vitamin k2-7 and b12 nasal spray. 7. Run some blood tests, cbp and thyroid profile. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
