I am an 18 year old teen girl and i've been experiencing bad body pain from last 4 to 5 days. I've this weird tingling in my feet and palm and I feel very tired, even walking feels very hard. I get irritated very easily. Also, I get hungry even if I ate just 20 minutes ago. I can't control the hunger and the thirst. I even feel sleepy most of the times. I am even on medications but they're also not helping me much. What should I do?

First tell me that you take more seating time for study or other issue .have you regular periods .have you some psychotic issue .have you less blood like anemia .are you thin or hairfall or sometimes constipation .first provide me thw symptoma that I asked .may be these are present thwn due to thyroid related disorder.

Normal or may be anything else. In our campus same complaints three days feel better but on third day night high fever n than rt pcr test for covid comes positive. Please consult in local place a md physician. Till then nimesulid two times a day after food or pcm 650 after food.

I am 16 years old 12th grader student preparing for iitjee exm when I seat to study and after that when I move to stand etc. My whole body starts paining I study on floor and I have a small floor table (i don't have high desk table) also becoz of this pain i'm not able to make study routine and I get mentally affected what to do doctor (my diet is also not that good I am so thin) this all lead to ruin by mental and physical health.

First improve your physical stamina by taking good food. Take what ever is cooked in the house in the morning, afternoon and in the night. you should have regular physical activity like walking, jogging etc., every day so that your body will be able to bear your posture while studying.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). For a couple of days, I have been feeling random, sharp body aches that come and go, especially in my arms and left thigh. They trigger without me doing anything, and also other parts of the body feel the pain but then it goes away. Today I felt dizzy, weak, hot and had a headache. I have been taking ibuprofen but it does’t seem to work long term. I have a history of anxiety (it got really bad a few days ago) so I wanted to rule out the possibility of these symptoms being a consequence of my anxiety or if there’s really an underlying condition.
