I lost somebody last year after this I feel depressed so ehat can I di please give me some easy things which can I do to get rid frim it.

Feeling depressed due to loss of someone 1 year back suggests that you are psychologically broken and depressed. Here are few suggestions. Never stay alone, always be with friends and family and people who comfort you. Exercise daily, do yoga, meditation or some form of relaxation exercise. Avoid smoking and alcohol to get relaxed. A good sleep is essential, if you are having sleep problem consult me for a short prescription and counseling take care.
