Almost every fruit has naturally available vitamins, nutrients, anti-oxidants and a few micro-minerals. Since custard apple is quite sweet (glycemic index 54 ), it is better to take in small quantity. Fruits like mango, chikkoo, grapes, bananas also should be used in very small quantity. Thanks.
