I have been taking medication for depression and ocd like fluoxetine, etizolam, clobazam, fluvoxamine, escitalopram, vortioxetine many types of ssri change time to time now I just want to know how while at present only taking vortioxetine 10 mg for 2 months how to completely taper off the medicine and sometimes I feel panic attacks and too much anxiety pls suggest me Can I take any medicine with alone vortioxetine 0 mg?

Dear lybrate-user, ocd needs long term treatment. Why do you want to taper off medicines? You are not fully alright - panic and anxiety sometimes. Can you not afford the tablet? Are you having problematic side effects? Please undergo full cbt with erp for at least 6 months before you think of tapering off. Please request your psychiatrist to prescribe for anxiety and panic. They may be a part of ocd itself.
