Hello doctor I have two very small ball shape projection inside my anus it is not bleeding and not paining at all I have contacted a physician he gave me aldosmin 1000 mg may be it's a medicine of internal hemorrhoids but it did not shrink at all it is as usual tiny and small I have also cut like little sensation while defecation but there is no pain in that tiny balls and no blood at all I have no issue with it is it a internal hemorrhoids or a anal fissure with some skin tag inside anus if it is so tell me some normal home remedies sir thank you.
