I'm 35 male, have been suffering from constipation since childhood, haven't gone through any treatment ever but now a days i've to insert my finger into rectum to pass the stool. As a result it causes pain in the lower abdomen. I really feel helpless. Stool is sticky, if I don't finger, stool doesn't come, there is stool inside which constantly cause gastric problems and troubles. Many times even fingering doesn't help. Hemorrhoids have formed in the site. Please help.

Hello, long standing constipation usually leads to hemorrhoids. The history which you gave is towards severe constipation which needs medical attention. You should start the treatment as soon as possible. There are different grades of hemorrhoids.
