I am a 20-year-old girl. My weight is 65 kg. Please suggest me a diet plan and ways so that I can come down to 50 kg. My height is 4 feet 8 inch and I am not suffering from any disease. If I eat two places in breakfast, two cups of rice in lunch and oats (with milk) in snacks without sugar and one bowl of dal in dinner and jog for 20 mins daily, will I achieve my goal?

Hello lybrate-user. People with same diet does not gain weight then why are you having such obesity. It is because your hormones are not in proper level. What investigations have you taken till now. Just following a crash diet course may help loose some weight but may cause severe nutritional deficiencies and may even trigger some disease. It is not the right way. With proper nutritious diet, exercise is must. Also if you have any subclinical conditions then they need to be treated with proper medicine. You can consult me online for proper treatment.
