I have total bilirubin of 4.05. my direct bilirubin is .89 while my indirect bilirubin is 3.17. Sgot and sgpt are around normal ranges. My platelet count is 85000. What is the ailment I am going through? Is it jaundice or something else? I recovered from corona 1 and a half months back. I have been taking udiliv for two weeks twice a day. Please help me.

Do usg abdomen, check for hemoglobin, peripheral blood smear, ldh etc.

Hello lybrate-user sorry to hear about your concern looks like you are having unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. If you attach the lft and cbc reports that would help in reaching a diagnosis. We need to find out the cause of your jaundice first before starting any meds. So, I will suggest: 1. Attach the lft and cbc report for me to have a look at. 2. For the time being avoid high fatty foods or carbs. Take easily absorbable glucose or fluids rich diet. 3. Continue udiliv until you get back to me with the reports you can consult me at Lybrate or at mobile.
