Brushing is advised only twice a day. Overbrushing might destroy your enamel and cause sensitivity. Bad breathe has several reasons. It can be because of deposits or food particles remain inbetween your teeth. Or it can be due to medical conditions like gastric reflux, diabetes, lung infection, sinusitis or medications for chest pain and all. So before treating the problem, we have to know the cause so that we can eradicate it from roots. For time being use mouthwash and go for a dental check up soon to get the treatment.
