I am 63 years old. I am suffering from acne for last 3 yrs. And taking medicines antibiotics, steroids etc. As per advise of dermatologists. Recently, I hv consulted dermatologist, who advised for isoin 20 - 0-1 and pastirex ointment - 1-1. Even after 4 days there was no significant improvement, however there was oozing out thick liquid and swollen skin. Particularly palms and fingers. Thereafter he added for tab omnacortil 10 - 0-1. Is it ok to use omnacortil 10 with isoin 20. Can I change to lobate gm cream instead of pastirex? As the presently, affected area is palms, it is necessary to get early cure in terms of stopping oozing out. Please advise.
