Last month suddenly he felt ghabrahat (anxiety) and we went to doc. Doc told me that bp is high about 160. They took an ECG test. It was fine. After one week he again felt like this. So we went to the doc they did kidney test liver test lipid test urine and blood test. All tests was normal. So why he is feeling this problem? They told it occurred may be from gastritis. His cholesterol level was on borderline 199 total cholesterol. VLDL = 29 and LDL was = 124 Trigly= 147 LDL/HDL= 2.79 Is this fine report? What will you suggest should we go for an echo or any heart test? He doesn't feel any pain in chest.

Your total cholesterol is normal but LDL & VLDL are high. You have not written HDL which is a good cholesterol and done in total lipid profile , anyway you have to Reduce Bad Cholesterol. cut down on oils , bad transfats present in namkeen ,biscuits ,cakes , burgers , pizzas , roadside fried items etc and do not use heated oil more than once at home, means do not use the oil which has been used for frying. You seem to be overweight also. Go for walks , it reduces bad cholesterol. Write back proper BP , not just 160. You can get Echo test done that shows % of heart function. Take fresh lemon juice in a glass of warm water with a spoon of honey , everyday on empty stomach , besides cleansing the blood , this too reduces the bad cholesterol . Take a spoon of desi ghee/ pure butter + katori of dry nuts of any variety everyday-this is to improve HDL , which is good cholesterol ,if good is on higher side , the bad one comes down . Now you have to write back with proper BP reading ,echo report , HDL report. Take less Salt & Sugar ,though you may Not be a diabetic & Cut down calories by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
