I am 26 years old married. I had a diet for last 4 months not hard core but I strictly cut down maida and sugar. Thus I lost 5 and half kgs. But as I started with my regular diet I started gaining again. My height is 5 feet and currently my weight is 64 kgs. I want to loose weight. Can regular yoga help me to cut down weight permanently? Following a strict diet for few months or days then coming to normal, weight gain occurs. Now you have maintain it regularly. Do not follow that strict pattern but better to control the portion size and keep your self physically active. Even yoga if you are doing regularly its good but suddenly if you stopped. Not doing any physical activity will increase your weight. So better to take a healthy balanced diet and be regularly physically active is enough. Avoid fried and fatty foods, cut down sugar is good. Take green tea twice a day. Drink 8-10 glasses for water per day.
