I am 39 year female, my weight is not coming down as I don't eat too much fried, and the food which increases weight, mostly use roti with vegetables and fruits in diet, and have food only twice a day. I didn't get time of workout as busy schedule from morning tonight and also all household work done by me only, I took supplement for weight loss before and got results too, but after leaving it weight increased again also had some ayurvedic medicine too for weight loss but didn't get result. Please suggest what to do now, should I try homeopathic too? If yes which medicine and how to use it. If any other suggestion please tell!
